Refund policy

I accept returns for non-custom orders.

Due to the nature of hand-made loops, I will gladly replace any tape loops that fail due to manufacturing issues after 14 days from receiving the tape. If damage occurs after this time, contact me and we can figure something out. Cassette tapes are finicky, but can be repaired with a bit of patience.

To begin the return process, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Once I receive the item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped, I’m happy to cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above. Please contact me to initiate a cancellation or return.
