Blueberry Box Drone

What happens when you amplify the sound of a small hobby motor? You can probably guess the basic idea. But once that signal runs through effects, the results change quickly.

The Blueberry Box Drone started as a personal project that drew a lot of interest from people who follow my Instagram account. Because of that response, I put together a limited release of an updated version of the unit featured in those videos.

Each unit includes a standard instrument output and runs on two AA batteries. Plug it into your pedal chain, adjust the motor speed, and the sound shifts from a simple mechanical hum into a wide range of textures once effects enter the signal path.

Please note that at the time of sale, the design of these units is still being finalized. The versions pictured here are prototypes and don't represent exactly how the final instruments will look. But the operation will be exactly the same!
